can you ease up on the use of the strong orange? it makes my eyes tired after looking at the page for a minute. Make the color a bit more neutral, like a gray or something. and then you can have the orange color turn on when people run their mouse over the links. my 2 cents.
other than that, i like the way the page has been laid out. good job.
