Today’s Arizona Republic quoted the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS) as saying it currently takes 61.0 days to sell your home. This is supposed to be the average time a home stays on the market before it sells. So can you expect to sell your home in that time frame? Probably not.
