According to data from todays ZipRealty, there were 2860 homes listed for sale in Gilbert, and 2816 in Queen Creek (Both figures include surrounding unincorporated areas.)  However according to Kent Gagon, a local realtor, there are currently 248 builder specs in Gilbert, and 619 builder specs in Queen Creek.  In addition, Foreclosure.com lists 55 FSBOs for Gilbert, and 22 FSBOs in Queen Creek. That mean a total of 3163 homes available in Gilbert, and 3457 homes in Queen Creek- and new homes are being built every day.
