The "soft landing" folks were out celebrating yesterday- the pending home sales numbers were out from the National Association of Realtors (NAR). The headlines proclaimed, Realtors: Pending Home Sales Rise. The National Association of Realtors’ index for pending sales of existing homes increased at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 0.4 percent to 113.9 from May’s 113.5, the industry group said Tuesday.
