The housing industry is cooling rapidly, and with it  jobs are starting to be lost.  Mortgage lenders and homebuilders alike having started to downsize, and some Realtors have been brushing up their resumes.  A glance at today’s "Help Wanted" ads in the Arizona Republic however, made me realize that there is one segment of the housing market that is poised to see significant growth.  The ad reads in part:
