It’s not often the HousingDoom sysadmin gets to do content; however, this article was too good for me to pass up.
I came across an article on RealtyTimes on how “Sellers [are] Sitting on Large Sums of Equity Dollars” by M. Anthony Carr. Personally, I would think having equity in one’s home was a good thing, but I guess that’s why I’m not a Realtor®. Judging from some glaring inaccuracies in the article, I can only guess that he didn’t have time to proofread his article (too busy helping people fix their equity problems, perhaps). As such, I’ve volunteered to help with editing the article, and fixing some minor issues it has.
