We’ve had a lot of discussion on Housingdoom about realtor’s fees–and if they are worth the amount charged.  There are a number of discount options available now for those who don’t want to pay full price.  But suppose you want a full blown aggressive marketing campaign for your home- after all this is a slow market.  You sign a contract with your realtor, and you agree to pay the full 6% commission.  Do you realize that even while representing you, your realtor has been offered a better deal?
