We’ve read about issues with realtors, lenders, appraisers, builders, home sellers, etc.- but the list of suspects in "Who Killed the Housing Industry?" just keeps getting longer.  You would have to pity the detective in this whodunit. The latest suspect?  Title insurance companies. According to Realtor.com:
