Yesterday a Doom reader contacted twist and me about the dispute [1] that’s just been reported between homebuilder Technical Olympic (TOA) and one of its bankers over a troubled joint venture in Florida. The reader made a pretty startling assertion about the wider significance of this story. There very well may be merit in the claim.
