The data is out from the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR), and median prices remain in negative territory. The median selling price for single family homes dropped to $306,100 – the lowest level since June 2005, when the median selling price was $300,000. This marks the second month in a row where appreciation is in negative territory. Prices are down 2% from last December’s $312,500, and down 0.6% from November’s $308,000. Here’s the graph:
