Agree but most of the time this info is easliy obtainable your self and they rarely do much

It was in the name of the specific real estate broker involved, but at the top it is called "Disclosure and Release" and it says it is "To Be Signed Prior To Signing Purchase Contract On the Following Property:". I have seen similar documents from brokers in other states. I also refered to the Buyer Attachment to form RPC, which I believe is designated "BA", which although "not a part of the ... contract" includes warnings and disclosures.
