I was wandering around the Broker Outpost site, and ran across a thread called Bye Bye S Class Mercedes, along with an interesting discussion on a lawsuit between an agent and the now bankrupt First Magnus. There seems to be a question of who’s defrauding whom:
It looks like a "Pots calling Kettles black" convention to me.

Oh my god clueless hopefully penniless soon and permanently
Another graduate of the Barbizon School of Business. You would think while making all that money that she would have paid cash for her home and cars. (At the end, she calls her cars overvalued assets). First Magnus must be looking for some criminal relief. For sure there is not going to be a monetary settlement. In the 80′s, here in Phoenix, I remember a Realtor who was doing similar stuff with investors. When the market crashed, everyone complained. He ended up in jail and actually died in jail. Truly a tragic story for everyone. Here again, everyone involved looking for the fast buck.
I’d like to know which school gave her an MBA. Maybe they’d like to issue a retraction.
Doesn’t a slew of criminal activities by a graduate reflect poorly on the school that taught here a mandated business ethics course?
Chuck Ponzi
what an idiot! and this is who american polititions want to bail out with our tax money. what a mess. i hope that book shes trying to dupe people into buying TANKS. if anyone needs to know whats going on theres no need to buy that book, just keep comming to this website. we shouldent let fools like this person make anymore illgotten gains from any hard working american person in our country.
Actually there is a civil portion of the RICO act. It is not just criminal. I think the purpose of this video was to somehow embarass First Magnus in front of brokers and damage their business. Not very effective now that FM is out of business. She is half right in that FM is not clean. There is plenty of blame to go around. I am sure there is blood on her hands too. It is interesting that she mentions RICO. Most lawsuits have been avoided because everyone is dirty and would result in MAD (mutually assured destruction).
Crickey, the fact that a used house salesman makes enough to buy an S class in the first place shows the insanity of the bubble…
Didn’t she or her friends have any money saved?
I tried to watch this when I got to work this morning and I heard a pop and smoke was willowing out of one of the speakers so I just had to watch it when I got home. She needs to be slapped in the back of the head with a stupid stick. I do see a positive in it though if they keep blabbing on each other we will finally get to hear all of the dirty tricks they were using.
I think she is a crook, and all other crocked realtors should go to jail, and never see the day of light.
All these people stole and committed fraud, and that is what they did.
First Magnus and other companies are to be blamed too, by letting themself being dooped by these kind of people.
She’s dirty. I found a blog she started with 1 entry. She’s Ponzi queen in her own right. Here are some excerpts:
I recently met Maria Gudelis through a friend of mine. She is a multi-millionaire with a huge real estate portfolio and a giant “dream home” in Vegas. She is a Real Estate Investor, and she is amazingly successful.
She is amazingly busy, and I can understand why. She and Rudy hold a monthly “Boot Camp” training seminar in which they teach their students how to do exactly what they are doing. This isn’t just a normal weekend real estate seminar, though. This is very different. EACH AND EVERY STUDENT walks away from the Boot Camp with a deal under their belt.
And each deal is guaranteed to generate $50,000 in profit for each student. So you can see why she is so busy. Each month, she locks down up to 20 properties to GIVE AWAY to students who attend her Boot Camp Training. And then during the training, you are taught everything you need to know find and contract more properties just like those!
Boot Camp seats sell pretty quickly (it’s limited to 20 per Boot Camp) so if you want some more information about how the Boot Camps work, you can learn more about Fat Cat Real Estate Investing Boot Camps and see for yourself how you can truly, “Get Rich Quick”…

I foung the exact same entry at a different blog. There’s a video (infomercial) that goes along with the blog entry, but it has been removed from Yahoo. She’s dirty. This is sleazy stuff.

Same post found elsewhere. Build that Pyramid.

Did you hear her fart at 02:00 of the video?
Sorry. 01:57
tyrone…how about go directly to jail and do not pass go. sounds like the monopoly game is finished. let’s wait and see if the feds get involved.
JimAtLaw: I *love* that expression “used house salesman” — what a great way to puncture the over inflated sense of purpose some in that profession seem to possess!
I tip my hat in your general direction.
