[At this point the numbers start getting cloudy because many agents are not using the MLS and many sales are not reported. It progressively gets worse from here through 2005, so these numbers are low compared to the actual sales that transpired during this period. Additionally, let’s not forget the large numbers of FSBOs that sold during this time.]

[Here we are mostly back to using the MLS to attract buyers, and almost all are recorded in late 2006 and all of 2007. Some were still "sign only" exclusive sales in early 2006 however.]
