The hunter becomes the prey. Substitute realtors for bankers and it could be happening now in a community near you. Might be hard to get a honest day’s work out of them though.

I have seen that not only in financials but other professions as well. My recording business has seen that type of change do to technology. From reel to reel to all digital. From records to cassettes to cds to mp3s the record store owner has been kinda hanging on.
Either way that was funny even if I am in financials. A hard worker will always prosper.
Thanks for the dose of reality

Wow.. funny. My mother insists that she’s seen a similar shift in Phoenix. No, she knows nothing of financials. But she has told me frequently that the day laborer crowd hanging around Home Depot has become much more white, in the past two years.
I really liked the music on this one. But, as the economy sours (and Arizona’s ‘tough on immigrants’ stance takes hold)… the Mexicans are leaving Arizona to go home, as well.
Historically during bad recessions, immigrants leave the US. Check your local school enrollment figures… they’re all still betting on ten percent per year immigrant growth… just like the realtors!
