In the interest of professionalism, I’ve been referring to the model as the “Terraza”, as dubbed by Toll. Ordinarily I refer to this model as “The Turret” though, as the facade looks a bit like a castle to me- not my favorite look.

I just got an email from M- the house went under contract this afternoon. He said, “I think you are due a commission.”

Normally, I love “desert-y” looking homes but, ICK, this house is hideous. It looks like a boxy marshmallow peep with a rye-crisp roof. I think I’m hungry.

Oh, I love how they claim that there’s “plenty of room” for a pool but don’t show a pic of the backyard. That would be one really crammed-in pool, I’d bet. Every time you jump in you water your neighbor’s back lawn.

It looked a little expensive at first, but that $250 at close of escrow might push me over the top. Get the keys baby, we’re driving to Gilbert!!

These scam artists (mortgage brokers,et el) are still touting 100% financing.

Get real. I’d offer about $230,000 with 25% down MAX!

This is a lot of house to cool!! If I wanted a house that large (I do not), I would offer them quite a bit less.
