I will trash out your rentals, or sale property, Homes,Apt. Garages etc. for FREE as long as I can keep what I take out. Thank You Wanda.I live in Denton And will travel up to 50 miles.
Why you would hire Wanda for this service isn’t clear- it wasn’t a service I would have been interested in when I had rental properties.
I wonder if Wanda’s landlord would recommend her?
She doesn’t trash apartments. She does “trash outs”. That is, she cleans up homes that were trashed by foreclosed homeowners on their way out. It’s a term that’s emerged on Craigslist.

I was assuming that bitter owners that wanted to demolish the place on their way out wanted the emotional release of doing it themselves, so it didn’t seem like this would be a popular service. Cleaning the place out however, is a more service.
I’ve seen lots of those ads on Craigslist- just not with the “trash out” terminology.
Here in AZ we call it REO Property cleanup for foreclosures, and I think they call it “Abandoned Property Removal” for apartments.
