Ah- that makes more sense.  Thank you.

I was assuming that bitter owners that wanted to demolish the place on their way out wanted the emotional release of doing it themselves, so it didn&#039;t seem like this would be a popular service.  Cleaning the place out however, is a more service.

I&#039;ve seen lots of those ads on Craigslist- just not with the &quot;trash out&quot; terminology.</description>
