		<description>Is it possible that management has not yet figured out that their proprietary trade-secret code is a whiff of suds floating on an ocean of Open Source, and if their guys &lt;em&gt;aren&#039;t&lt;/em&gt; elbow deep in the cooperative plumbing (to keep the utilities they need in working order) they&#039;d never get anything done for the firm?
