    You misunderstand. I like O2

    Also, I personally like a lot of the Fellows, and mistrust a good many of them, but they’re all highly skilled and committed (some to high ideals, some to serious criminality, but what the heck). In any case, their views need the widest possible dissemination or the public policy debate will be crippled.

    Whether the new improved(??) DoJ wants to study this stuff is beside the point, they’ve got ways to access these texts that aren’t available to you and me. My own prejudices are just as irrelevant. For example, I disagree profoundly with Bill Maloni, but I’m hardly going to put a stumbling block in front of his research.
