    He has good reasons to sing the blues with the state of real estate. Maybe he could recruit a title company bass player, realtor drummer and a mortgage lender lead guitarist.

    I am not sure if this was linked to yet. Nothing unexpected for people here, but it strikes me as a pretty devastating local Phoenix news housing video for those who follow the issue less closely.
